We are currently recruiting an Engagement Campaign Coordinator to join our Customer and Revenue team to play a key role in the commercial success of our streaming products, Kayo Sports and BINGE. Our mission is to engage and influence existing customers (post-first sign-up) through our owned communication channels. By focusing on improving key base-management metrics, such as trial conversion, retention, saving, and reactivation - we aim to continually enhance customer engagement and drive growth.
As our Engagement Campaign Coordinator, you will assist in building and executing our customer engagement communications. You will utilise various channels, including Email, SMS, Push, and In-App notifications, to develop both automated and tactical campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and execute automated and tactical campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Push, In-App notifications) to enhance customer engagement across Kayo Sports & BINGE
- Support the design, delivery and documentation of campaign workflows that contribute to our test and learn strategy
- Gather requirements for campaign briefs, understand customer journey flows and manage turnaround times with internal and external teams
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to produce best practice integrated engagement campaigns within our marketing automation platform, addressing all lifecycle stages
- Monitor campaign activity and deliverability metrics
- Ensure consistency and optimization of creative assets across all channels, maintaining high-quality standards
About you
- A keen interest /experience in marketing, customer engagement, or digital media (internship or entry-level experience is welcome)
- Experience and/or strong interest working with enterprise level CRM, Marketing Automation, and digital campaign management platforms like Adobe Campaign / Journey Optimizer, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys (or similar)
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communicator and team player, with the ability and confidence to present and influence stakeholders, collaborate effectively and to build strong relationships
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of databases and data-driven marketing or prior experience in handling datasets
- Basic understanding of HTML formatting in email design is desired
- Love for Entertainment, Sport, Media landscape - we’re big believers in knowing the product and knowing the customer
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or a related field
